Whether you’re just starting out or you’re an experienced runner, coaching can help you get more out of your running.

Technique session - $75
Useful for new runners starting out or experienced runners who want to improve or avoid injury.
Find out more about how we move and how we run and understand what constitutes good technique and what to aim for.
During the session we'll video you running and then review it. Based on the video we'll look at how you can improve your running technique. We'll try implement these changes and when we've made progress with that we'll re-video you so that you have a visual reminder of what we discussed and how to implement any changes. 
The session goes for between 60 and 75 minutes.

Individual Monitored Coaching - $150 / 12 weeks.
Individualized training plans developed based on your current running abilities and the needs of your chosen event.
Coaching for 10km to marathon distance events available.

Programs are developed based on information supplied about your current running  and based on your specific requirements.
Monitoring and feedback provided weekly on your training activities and program adjustments made as required.

Coaching Sessions to get you started or keep you on-track - from $75
Have a one-off session or choose a pack of running sessions to keep you motivated and running.
Each session lasts approximately an hour.
1 session $75
2 sessions $135
3 sessions $195
4 or more session pack @ $60 each

Planning + consultancy + training plan $100
Get together with your coach to work out where you’re at and get help deciding what’s next for you and how to go about it.
