Weekday runs

Open to everyone

We run 52 weeks a year. Weekday group runs are open to everyone for free. Just turn up and go. All sessions are designed to last about an hour.

Monday evening
5:50 for a 6:00pm start
Meet: Hackney Hotel car-park
A standard run along the River Torrens
Choose between 7km and 10km

Tuesday Morning
5:50am for a 6:00am start
Meet: Bottom of Chambers Gully (1.3km up Waterfall Gully Rd)
Various trail runs
Session lasts approx an hour

Wednesday morning
5:50am for a 6:00am start
Meet: Unley swimming pool, Ethel St.
10-12km runs – various routes
Route maps provided.

Wednesday evening 
5:45pm for a 6:00pm start
Meet: The Running Company
5km run – various routes

Friday morning
5:50am for a 6:00am start
Meet: Netball Stadium carpark, Railway Tce, Mile End
10-12km runs various routes
Route maps provided

Friday evening
Occasional night runs on the trails.

Designed to support the Long run in the half-marathon and marathon training programs.

Saturday
7:20 for a 7:30am start
Half-marathon training group from North Adelaide,
Distances range from 10-18km depending on the stage of the training program.
Route maps provided.

Sunday
7:20 for a 7:30am start
Marathon training group from North Adelaide,
Distances range from 21-37km depending on the stage of the training program.
Route maps provided.
